ABOUT: LEADERSHIP
Maria Ligeti, Chairman and CEO:
Ligeti has over 25 years of entrepreneurial and executive management, including executive management roles at Intel, AT&T and Raychem Corporation. Prior to founding REACT Systems, Inc., Ligeti was the founder and CEO of Uniteq Applications Systems. Before Uniteq, Ligeti was the CEO and founder of Qronos Technology, a joint venture with IBM, pioneering the development of large scale client server applications for process manufacturing management; Qronos was acquired by IBM. Prior to Qronos, Ms. Ligeti, together with a group of technologists from Intel, co-founded Seeq Technology, Inc. and served as V.P. Finance and Administration. The company completed it's Initial Public Offering in 1983. Prior to that she was manager of business development at Intel where she participated in the establishment of Intel's early major account/technology management programs. She also worked at Raychem Corporation with responsibility of identifying strategic new target markets world wide for heat shrinkable plastics. Other assignments included work at AT&T/Bell Canada as strategic products manager to expand services in the long distance markets, telemarketing and launching retail phone sales.
Howard Smith, CTO:
Smith serves as REACT Systems' Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Smith's executive experience spans 25 years in the Silicon Valley, during which he earned distinction for innovative product development and leadership in such pioneer firms as Hewlett-Packard, Electronic Data Systems and IBM. As senior vice president of engineering at Silicon Graphics, Inc., Smith built a 400+ engineering team from scratch, contributing to the company's meteoric rise to $1 billion in yearly revenue and IPO. Smith's engineering talents were pivotal in that company's development of the first 3-D workstation and other key technologies.
Jeremy Krinitt, Vice President of Product Marketing and Co-Founder:
Krinitt serves as REACT Systems Vice President of Product Marketing. In this position, he is responsible for managing the definition, strategy and fulfillment of the company's product marketing initiatives. Krinitt led the program design team that built REACT Systems' core product line. He is also responsible for interaction with strategic partners, as well as supporting reseller channels. Krinitt focuses on ensuring REACT offerings maintain their significant competitive advantages. Krinitt brings to his position more than a decade of intensive experience in defining requirements and designing features for large-scale visual communications systems and working with companies in Silicon Valley such as: Hotmail, Hyperware, Z-Axis and Silicon Graphics among others. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cogswell Polytechnical College.
Steve Mogul, Vice President of Sales:
Mogul serves as the Vice President of sales at REACT Systems, Inc. where he brings more than 24 years of experience in Sales and Executive Management utilizing the VAR, OEM, Enterprise, and SaaS channels. Previously, Mogul was Director of Business Development-Enterprise Sales at Marshal Corporation, where he consistently ranked in the top tier of the sales team and built an impressive pipeline of enterprise opportunities. As Director of Sales for SimpleTech, he signed a contract with an industry leading integrator that lead to extensive company growth and closed 40 plus additional new customers in six months. As Vice President at V-One Corporation, Mogul sold OEM contracts to Citrix, Boderware, and CyberGuard, and developed strategic relationships with companies such as Microsoft, Compaq, HP, NEC, Sharp, Tarantella, Cobalt, WYSE, NCD, Sierra Wireless, and Palm. Mogul has also served in executive sales positions with Fidelis Security Systems, Positive Networks, Secure Interiors, SpearHead Security Technologies, Cacheware, and Wyse Technology.
Judith Delaney, General Counsel:
Delaney serves as the legal counsel of REACT Systems, bringing to this position a business law career spanning 24 years in contract negotiations, intellectual property, patents and trademarks, contract negotiations, funding acquisition, and human resources law. Delaney's strategic-level funding initiatives were the foundation of major fund acquisition programs for the University of Southern California Health Sciences Department, the American Cancer Society, Ashton Tate Corporation, Sybase, Inc., and SAP America, earning top-level award recognition from both Sybase and SAP. Delaney earned her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Michigan Law School. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in business Administration from the University of Redlands.
