LARRY SCHUSTER JOINS REACT AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING

LOS ALTOS, Calif., July 16, 2007 – REACT Systems, Inc., the global innovator and leader in delivering Critical Response Notification Systems (CRNS) that unify vital actions in emergencies and time-sensitive situations, today announced that Larry Schuster has joined the company as senior vice president of sales and marketing. In addition to heading up the sales, marketing and communications activities for REACT, Schuster will drive additional revenue opportunities, channel development programs, and launch activities for new products.

Schuster has over 20 years of senior management experience, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing at Memtech, where he doubled annual sales, orchestrated the sale of Memtech to Simpletech and closed several multi-million dollar government contracts.  He also served as President of U.S. Operations at ChinaECNet, and has held executive positions with CacheWare, WYSE Technology, Link, Amdek and Tandem Computers. Schuster is the recipient of numerous sales awards.
